Here is how you can be more efficient on a daily basis –
Just like you make a todo list.
Make a not-todo list.
This includes things that you want to keep away such as distractions. Distractions that hamper productivity, such as TV, social media, unneeded gossip, munching on junk food, etc.
The not to do list should be marked in red ink so that it makes you read it first so that you are naturally focused on reading it.
*Then move to the todo list and keep going with your tasks at hand. *
This is a proven way to reduce unnecessary activities which don’t help us by giving any results at all and we drive ourselves to being more efficient at the work we had originally planned for the day in the todo list.
